Tony and Toby repaired the body rust and repainted my 1968 Chevy Suburban. It was quite a mess when I limped it over to the shop and (mostly as a favor to me) they worked on it between other jobs. They faced a number of difficulties with restoration parts not fitting but with creative energy they got through them. When I finally saw it getting painted it reminded me of the old days when the truck looked pretty good. Right now it looks great and I am finishing the inside and some lingering mechanical work. Working with all the staff at Becker Motors was enlightening, encouraging, and inspirational in getting this oldie-but-goodie back on the road. Great experience!

TERRIBLE experience to say the very least! Numerous damage to my vehicle in their presence.. Spotty work, that another garage had to correct.. No invoice &/or receipts.. My insurance company tried to work it out where they would at least cover my deductible for the damages and carelessness they caused.. They refused to correct it or make it right.. Still no communication.. My vehicle (2002 Chevrolet Vette) sat there two months, Just to have another garage correct their errors.. My attorney, insurance company, and other Auto shops STRONGLY suggesting I take them to court with their support.. My patience is wearing thin.. TERRIBLE experience to say the very least! 👎🏻

During my most recent visit, the mechanic (whose name I regret not catching) took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and even showed me the faulty car part, ensuring I understood the repair process. Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism!! I highly recommend this family-owned and operated business in Canandaigua, NY! Becker Motors has been open for over 60 years. Tony, the current owner (and his newest assistant, Gus, a Great Dane) is one of the most down-to-earth and trustworthy people I have ever met, and customer satisfaction is his #1 priority! My 2021 Ford Expedition XLT required auto body repairs, a new tire, axel and running board work, new paint, etc. after a recent collision to the passenger side. When I picked up my car, everything looked as good as new! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wants every customer to leave satisfied with the work they’ve done.
