All though it was quite expensive ( my vehicle was over 10 years old) I was very pleased with the service. I had a lot done between transmission work, trailer brake service, oil change, rear differential and front brakes. They explained what had to be done and what should be done in the future. It was all done in a timely manner and everyone was pleasant to work with. Definitely will be going there in the future.

Steele and Bell continues to live up to their well deserved reputation of fair and reliable service . From scheduling the appointment to making the correct diagnosis and obtaining the parts, to the installation and completing the job in a timely manner. The courtesy and friendliness of not only Matt, the owner but also Ben, the mechanic made it a positive experience.

Steele & Bell Automotive did a wonderful job on my car. I think what stands out the most is there excellent customer service. The owner who answered the phone was polite and got me in quickly. Then when I arrived, I was greeted kindly and they got my car in right away. The mechanic brought me back to check out my car explaining everything to me. I am greatful to find a automotive shop that I trust. I would definitely recommend A+++.

Matt and the team do a great job!! They listen to what our concerns are with our vehicles, diagnose the problem and find solutions that are cost effective and expertly completed. They also help provide us with an overall understanding of our vehicle and what other maintenance milestones are upcoming so that we can plan for them accordingly. They are also never trying to pressure us into doing things that we don’t need to do. Thanks so much!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Recently my truck had a no start condition in the parking lot near Steele & Bell. I walked over to their shop and Matt and Dakota stopped what they were working on to help me out! They tested my charging system, jump started my truck, brought it in their shop, tested and installed a new battery, and I was on my way in 20 minutes start to finish! No appointment- no waiting for parts- and nothing but a great attitude! They are my go-to shop for all my automotive needs!
