I had an issue recently where a sensor failed in one of my tires. This business replaced the sensor and proceeded to reinstall the tire/wheel onto my vehicle. They did not tighten the lug nuts down, and the wheel almost came off while driving. It broke 2 lug studs and destroyed the wheel. This could have caused a fatal accident.

I had my Jeep in to be winter ready. Ken called me and told me what needed to be done, mind you it's 930 am, I told him proceed with the order and I will get the Jeep later in the week...HE HAD IT DONE BEFORE I LEFT WORK. THAT DAY😳 WOW!!!! I'm going to be taking my Audi to him tomorrow for winterizing and regular maintenance. THANK YOU for being so timely.
