Lake County Auto Sales

I live in Perry, New York and drove 3 1/2 hours down to Painesville, Ohio to check out a beautiful Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I saw on a few websites and ended up buying it a few days later. I was extremely happy with Lake County Auto Sales. The owners, Dennis & Tracy were very nice people to deal with. I was not pressured at all. They listened to me and heard what I had to say. I feel they went the extra mile for me. Thank you, Dennis & Tracy. My kids and I love the car!

Purchased a vehicle here in 2019. Within 3 months I had to have the drivers door lock fixed $ 400.00, transmission torque converter replaced $ 1600.00 They are nice people but I recommend getting the car checked out before you buy it. Since then I sold the car and purchased a different vehicle. Sorry Dennis and Tracy for the negative review.

They sold me a great vehicle with a very minor issue. When I called to get a estimate on cost to fix it I was very pleasantly surprised. The owner said bring the car down I'll give you a ride home and get the car fixed for you. More amazingly when I got the call the car was done I was notified it would be no cost to me. This is the second purchase we have made here. Also the second time I have given an excellent rating for price customer service and personality. This couple is wonderful. I reccomend them to all my friends.

My wife and I have now bought 2 cars here, family owned friendly, great buying experience. They are the 1st place we look for cars now, more than fair on trades, nice selection of quality cars at great prices most(or all) include a warranty for piece of mind. Its worth a bit of a drive for us to deal with a fair and honest dealer that doesn't play games (if you shop for cars much you'll understand). Best car dealer I have ever dealt with and I have some experience in auto sales retail & wholesale myself. I am sending all my friends & family to here 1st when they are buying, I can't say enough good things about this dealer, thank you for everything!

I purchased a car after trading in my old car and they were supposed to pay it off. To date, 2 months later, they have not paid off the car. So now I'm making two car payments to keep my credit good, and don't know what they did with the old car otherwise I would take this one back.
