I delivered tires to JR Convoy and overheard a conversation about a repair that needed addressed, the elderly lady needed it explained to her again and I was so taken aback by the way the owner was so passionate about putting her at ease. Bravo! That's the level of commitment JR Convoy shows. I'm the hubber that brings the rubber. EDIT; JR Convoy goes above and beyond to get you back on the road, very reasonably priced repairs and they have quality tires at an affordable price. Rachel in the office is always very friendly, service with a smile.

Family owned and John is extremely personable. Fast service in and out in less than a hour. Best prices in town after I called over 7 places. Highly recommend!

I had this shop work on my 2013 GMC truck. I wanted my back tires that were in very good condition moved to the front, and I purchased a new set of tires for the back. I also had them put a new set of shocks on the front of the truck for Winter. I picked the truck up and didn’t realize they had put the new tires on the back but had not moved the back tires forward. When I called the shop to ask what had happened; John the owner said the back tires were no good one had nails in it, and the other had a bolt in it, this truck had sat in my parking lot for 2 months and never lost any air on either tire, I called BS. So, I said fine I’ll be over and you can show me the tires. He said they had already disposed of them "I called 2 hours after I picked the truck up"! I asked why he had not called

I had my TPMS replaced at Convoy Tire, and the experience was excellent. They were fast, professional, and got my car taken care of right away. The staff was friendly, and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find service like this—definitely recommending them and coming back in the future!
