Please listen to Mike O. I brought my car in last week and left without a vehicle. I received a call 7hrs after my car arrived saying it had caught fire. Rico called, mentioned being on same page and asked me to tell my insurance company that he had only performed diagnostics and not performed any work. After multiple attempts of getting shop's insurance information I am being forced to take other steps. I have been given a run around and told he is calling the insurance company and they will call me, that he is trying to locate his insurance info, that i would have to pay a $3,000 deductible, and finally silence from him. Take your car to Bedford Auto Center at your own risk. You may receive a call like I did and be out of a vehicle🔥🔥🔥

Got my air conditioning fixed here twice and never going to come here EVER AGAIN. I Literally got out of the hospital with my wife and 10 month old babygirl and my air cut down really low and then two wires caught on fire in the engine bayand my WHOLE TRUCK caught fire and blew up after they "fixed" it. Absolutely pathetic excuse for an "auto center" whos mechaniacs are so confident when they " fix" vehicles. I hope the manager sees this and knows what happened.

This is my go to place for so many years. The best most honest place in the area. Rico is the man, he has seen my boys grow up and break things on their cars lol I can work on my own stuff and they always give me the option to fix it myself. I send my mother here so that should tell you all you need to know. I can send my wife here by herself she is always treated with respect and never taken advantage of like other shops. They just serviced my mothers car and did an amazing job. Spark plugs, brakes, drive belt, tune up. She has had a noise in it for months, noise is gone! Crazy cheap for all that work. Thank you bedford auto, as a dad of 3 boys life is expensive so thank you, customer for life here!

What a great experience, from the time I arrived and spoke with the guys at the shop, I let them know my concerns they said they would diagnos the truck for me for a fair price and once we found the problem they would remove that charge and only charge me for the repair. They found the problem, walked me over to the truck and showed me what the issue was, Rico very informative and very confident in his work and I could tell he really enjoys doing the work he does! I will continue to use this company for future services!

They diagnosed the issue right away and had my car ready much sooner than I expected. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and honest about what needed to be done—no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward and efficient work. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can really trust, but Bedford Auto Center definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back for all my future car needs!
