Bee Clean Express Car Wash

I highly recommend this car wash for overall company care! When I canceled my subscription, the gentleman was very polite. When he pulled up my account he noticed I did not use the service since the 16th of December, 2025. When I explained that I thought I had cancelled it but it must have not went through, he not only credited my bank account for one month, but for 2 since I was in active for 2 months! I have NEVER had any company EVER do that for me! Also, great service and if you buy the monthly subscription, you can go through as many times as it takes to get off all that winter salt!

Trying to cancel my membership. I have been calling for over a week trying to get ahold of someone. I went to the site to try and cancel. I emailed trying to cancel. Can’t get ahold of anyone but when I do I’ll be thankful and never make the mistake of this car wash again.

I paid $22 just because of the ceramic coating. The brushes smeared something on my front windshield as they passed over. My truck was still dirty, but the condition of my tailgate...just look at the photos. The brushes didn't even touch the middle of it!! I was at a car wash today to clean up the mess they left me with. SMH 😡

I had a membership that I had for months before the incident I had happened to me yesterday. I went through the car wash with no issue until the spinning cloth things. I heard a snap and I didn’t think much of it until my boyfriend insisted I check. Lo and behold, my plastic cover snapped off. I told the awesome men there and they had me file an incident report. Today they told me they were not liable and that the mirror was broken before I went in! Highly disappointed because I loved going to them, I even had the membership. I will not be back. My mirrors don’t even fold in so them telling me it’s my fault because of that is so stupid.
