I don’t even know how to start explaining how great this company is. I have never seen customer service this good. I they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need and will call you to offer any help. Their online resources are detailed detailed detailed! More info is better than not enough. I ran into an issue (a mistake I caused) and decided to call on a Saturday for advice and they picked up the phone like it was nothing! They helped me get what I needed immediately. Lama is the sweetest person to talk to and she’s extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn’t have the answer the technicians behind her have even more of it. It’s not often you run into companies like this. Wish more people like them existed!

Amazing company. If you own a BMW, they have the parts you need to keep your pride and joy for many years to come. I own an S54 powered BMW M3, one of the pitfalls of that engine is the VANOS system. I was able to get all the parts to future proof and rebuild the VANOS unit using Beisan high quality parts. All the noises and drivability issues I was facing was cured. I was most impressed with the customer service, I have never worked with a company that has the amount of passion these folks do.
