Belle Tire

Came in yesterday morning 12/8/25 to have a tire patched and a new tire pressure sensor placed was charged $88. I dropped my tire of since I had a donut on my car and needed to get to work. Came back after work asked if they could put my tire back on my car and was told "yeah if you to wait a couple hours" I am sorry someone couldn't have taken maybe 10 minutes to put my tired back on my car for and not to mention I bought a sensor which has to be relearned to my car unfortunately I did not know that until I got home and thankfully my husband had to tool to do that. After all this lovely service while my husband and I were at home putting my tire on we found 3 brand new scratches on my rim.

This store does not manage time very well. Saturdays are the busiest for this type of business. Yet not enough employees are on post. People waiting in line longer than 10 minutes is not an essential way to get repeat customers. Jus say'n😏

After reading other reviews, as I come to post about the terrible rude instances I've had, i guess ot wasnt just me to feel the need to actively write a review. What a shame, DISCOUNT TIRE is right next door. If it wasnt for me needing a wheel alignment, i would never go to Belle tire. Terrible customer service not once but atleast 3 different times. Cant lie my initial visit was great and i dont want to give the wrong person credit but i believe his name was william/bill ... anyone else ive encountered were trecherous...geesh

I blew a tire and was towed to Belle. The service was outstanding. They got me back on the road in no time.

I'm shocked. Very shocked. I thought that this would always be my forever place, I loved Belle tire. I'm a former employee spent 12 years here, loved the people,the customers,the staff. I received a better opportunity outside of the automotive industry and left in 2024, but belle tire was always going to be my place. After today,I'm not sure. I went in for my yearly oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection. The first assistant manager and Great service writer wrote me a ticket and got the ball rolling for me. I was the first customer in the door, and I noticed after about 15 after 8 that my car has not been pulled in. I checked the ticket board and noticed that I was shoved to 4th in line.
