Nice guys who do fast work. Sometimes to fast. 2 returned trips, w/ 2 apologies. Customer beware. *truck survived. *they did eventually get it fixed.

I’ve been a loyal Belle Tire customer for years, but my recent experience at this location was alarming and unacceptable, due to the store manager, Alex. Over 45 days, I brought my car in five times because it had no brakes. Each visit, I was told the car was “fine” and safe to drive, despite the issue never being resolved. After being quoted over $1,000 with no clear diagnosis, which I paid, I took my car to another shop. They immediately found the problem: a hole in my right rear caliper, which was repaired for around $600. Being repeatedly sent back on the road with no brakes is deeply disturbing and a serious safety failure. I asked for a refund and Alex marked it as length of time to be completed for the issue. Pulled in late just interested in tires for vehicle. Spoke with Zack and he explained what was available with excellent performance, top rated and quality. Brought tire out for me to look at and made decision right then and there to have them mounted. Spoke with Woody and team members doing the work and they gave a 👍👍👍👍 for the tire selection. They had me on my way in no time!!! Great service, great team 🙏🏻👍👍

I went to Belle Tire in Westfield, Indiana for a simple tire plug. Instead, I was told my brakes were in “critical condition” and that I supposedly had only 5% brake life left. They immediately tried to sell me all four brakes and rotors for around $500 and said they could do it right now. Something didn’t sit right, so I declined. I went home, bought my own brake parts from AutoZone, and used the only day off I had — Thanksgiving morning — to inspect and replace them myself. When I removed the FIRST wheel, it was obvious the brakes were nowhere near critical. They had well over 20,000 miles of life remaining. Let that sink in. This wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t a “difference of opinion.” This was either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to scare a customer into an unnecessary

Belle Tire took care of me when my aging Dodge Caliber needed new front struts, at around 48K miles. Asst Manager Ernie was great to work with, gave me a good price, and the work was done competently and on time -- no issues, no hassles. I highly recommend them.
