I bought a Chevrolet trail boss from this dealership and less than 90 days later experienced a catastrophic transfer case failure while on a family road trip. The repair cost was approximately $3,500 and required an unexpected hotel stay while waiting for parts. I understand used vehicles can have issues, which is why I contacted the dealership respectfully to ask if they would consider any goodwill assistance given how soon a major drivetrain component failed soon after purchase.
