The most horrible experience this Guy Carlos is a complete shammer wouldnt give me the diagnostics report i paid for and then wouldnt even sell me the part or do the job gave me the run around for 3 days then stopped responding! I wouldnt rexcomenend the shop is closed but he still works off the google page.

NEXT THING CARLOS DID SOMETHING TO MY CAR.LEFT MY CAR MESSED UP.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 3PM APPOINTMENT NEVER SHOWED UP. 9 AM APPOINTMENT 10 AM STILL NOT HERE TO FIX .A SCAMMER. FILE COMPLAINTS WITH GEORGIA ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR CARLOS SCAMMING AND COMPLAINT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FIND A CERTIFIED MERCEDES BENZ MECHANIC

Gabriel McCormick was a god sent!! He found everything I needed and then some. The only thing that was kinda bizarre was the older lady at the desk. I was under the impression that I prepaid for my parts because I put my card on file. Once I got there I asked to speak to Gabriel and she kinda gave me the side eye multiple times. Then she asked for my credit card again for the parts and then stated normally we don’t charge the card. In my experience you always pay for the parts if you are ordering specialty parts up front. Her attitude was condescending and kinda treated me like I didn’t belong there. She ask for my card again and finally I said please charge the card you have on file and I would like my parts please! Gabriel finally came out and it was all better after that. I don’t want t

Total scam. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Broke my key while it was in for service then tried to say I brought it there like that. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over ten years and can’t believe a shop would even try to operate or treat customers like I was treated.

My experience at Benz Store was great! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ken made sure to call me with updates along the way and the tech there is beyond amazing. They did a valve adjustment on my '77 Mercedes 300D non-turbo and it's been riding better than a turbo since the adjustment. The tech went above and beyond to repair a hood latch for me and was super kind along the way. I will for sure visit the shop again for some minor jobs I'd like to get done in the near future and I highly recommend.
