AMAZING SERVICE!! I had a screw in my tire.They got me in right away. They were all very nice, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and gave me a fair price. I was in and out in less than a half hour.

Needed emergent help in November, my water pump needed to be replaced and all my coolant had leaked out. They got me in the next day, and had my car back to me within 2 days even with having to special order my parts. I moved out of that neighborhood but continue to go for my regular oil changes and services. They have fair pricing, they don't spring unnecessary repairs on you and are very transparent. I have had a lot of difficulties finding quality, dependable mechanics I the past who didn't try to over charge or over suggest things. I trust Berdars and appreciate the way they do business. Upfront and fair pricing. Great pro-active communication. They replaced a water pump, one leaking freeze plug, and repaired a leaking fuel line on a 1995 van that has MANY more needed repairs. They suggested a few of those (that's their job), but when I declined they did not push it. That's honesty in my book. Job well done!

Fist time customer. Seems to be an Honest crew. My car needed inspection but the check engine light had been on for damn near a year. Took it in, they ordered the parts and my car was done within 24 hours. Drove it around for a bit, went back and got the inspection finished. Great communication and seems to be efficient work. Would highly recommend for anyone in the cohoes area. I’ll be going back for any future problems.

Where do I begin. It was either October or November of 2024, I had my car towed there because it would not start. They had been my go to repair shop for over 15 yrs! After multiple phone calls asking about the status of my car and getting a different answer each time, 12 days later they finally said it was my battery and alternator.
