Fantastic service. Got my car repaired quicker than expected. Excellent communication throughout the process, Keeping me updated on a daily basis. Friendly people in the office and made the entire experience easy on me as a customer. I hope I don't have to go in again anytime soon, but if I'm ever looking for a body shop I'll be back here.

This shop went above and beyond, highly recommend! The team made the process as smooth as possible and made an unfortunate accident with a deer sting just a little bit less. Jose provided consistent, clear communication, and the text updates were frequent but not overboard. I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. From the start, they were very thorough and helpful working in conjunction with the insurance company and enterprise as well. I could not have asked for a better experience! Especially during the hectic holidays, they worked to get my truck done on time, working efficiently. They kept in touch with me texting all the time! I was T-Boned and the other person was found 100% at fault thankfully. Their insurance company directed my car to Caliber and they did a superb job! It took a few weeks but I got my car back as if the accident never occurred. Excellent work!

Never Never Never put your vehicle here if your car has more features！I had a minor car accident in February, I dropped off my car here for convenience, because the body shop was recommended by the insurance company, but the nightmare began. 19 days later, the body shop called me to pick up my car, but I found out that the engine light was on, the hood sensor light was on, and the lights on the steering wheel buttons and horn were not working. The staff explained to me that the hood sensor was broken, but since it wasn't related to the collision, they wouldn't fix it. They said the other issues were due to lack of specialized equipment and advised me to go to a dealership to reset the programming, claiming that would fix the problem.
