Bergstrom Chevrolet GMC of Manitowoc

The Quality of the workmanship is amazing. There were no details they didn't fuss over repairing properly. Great communication with me along the progress of my repairs and the price for additional work I requested was affordable.

Awesome experience. My vehicle had a recall that my local dealer told me had no availability on parts and no ETA. However I had two separate letters from GM stating an availability of parts and my local dealer still couldn’t seem to find any. After a few weeks of letting them try to figure it out I called up Bergstrom Manitowac and they informed me not only were parts available but they had them on hand. Recall done this morning and I was on my way. Brian and Victoria were the advisors I worked with and all went well.

I had a very enjoyable experience working with Glen and the staff at Bergstrom Manitowoc. No pressure, and all my questions and concerns were politely answered before any discusion about purchase price. I would highly recommend working with Glen and the friendly and courteous crew at Bergstrom Manitowoc!

I will spare you the "no negotiating, fair price guarantee" company line that is the new mantra. The customer is there to buy YOUR vehicle, you exist to sell said vehicle, in a fair and professional manner. What does NOT work is holding customers hostage in a room while you feign pricing on a trade in. Epilogue. We were very little $ apart on a trade in for a $73.000 AT4 2006 GMC. They would not budge. We walked, called the manager. Same result. Insert company line...blah , blah , blah Went 60 miles to the north to Iron Mountain and had a marvelous mutually enjoyable experience. Got the number for the trade in and purchased the exact same GMC Truck. Not Bergstrom. Big fish in a small pond syndrome. Do yourself a favor, cast a wider net and you will be much more satisfied with the custom

I recently purchased a new truck from Bergstrom Chevrolet, and Dakota and Alex made the experience exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. Their knowledge, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made this the best new-vehicle purchase I have ever had.
