Berkeley Transmissions, Air Conditioning and Auto Repair

Went there today to get my service done to my suburan transmission it took them 2 and 1/2 hours to 3 hours to get the work done the price was fair they quoted me 325 dollars for the work and checy quoted me 350 dollars plus shop supplies and everything else. So I went here i couldn't say anything bad they were nice and professional. I would go back there.

I had my air conditioner checked 3 times last summer by another mechanic who could not find the leak. They found the leak and found out I needed a belt changed. I dropped the truck off after they closed on Tuesday and it was ready before they closed on Wednesday. I have been driving cool 😎. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend everyone to try them out!

The gentlemen here did a great job. I came in and got my AC fixed and left. I got down the road and it was not working again. I took it back in and we found the issue. They installed a new compressor and even refunded me my money from my first visit. They also warranty their work. I highly recommend them. They also did my brakes and rotors while it was in the shop. Thanks fellas!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Overpriced, terrible job on my vehicles transmission a few months ago which has now gone wrong and requires fully replacing. This bunch of con men will not honour their supposed 24 month warranty with some pathetic, made up non disclosed excuses! Complete bunch of rip off cowboys, unprofessional service. Just awful, waste of time and $5200k!!! Now have to go to a professional shop to have the same job done right for another $5,000! TRUST ME - TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE FOR A PROPER JOB!

I took my 2013 jeep compass into Berkeley Transmissions, Air Conditioning and Auto Repair service to have my AC repaired. He diagnosed the problem and charged me $1193.46 to repair it, this also includes a fee of $46.00, because I used my debit card, (he wanted cash). I had to bring my car back a few days later, because the AC was blowing hot air. He now wants me to pay him an additional $500.00 to repair my air condition that should have been repaired. I’m retired and on social security, I do not have that kind of money. He told me my condenser had a hole in it. I asked if it was pressure tested after it was repaired. He started yelling, “If it wasn’t you would have never got it!” He stated, that I was accusing them of doing something to my car. I think his reaction was out of guil
