Someone else mentioned this in the reviews, and they were spot on. This is the friendliest tow company I have ever dealt with. The woman on the phone and the tow driver were very pleasant to deal with. The driver went out of his way to try and get my truck running enough for me to drive it next door to the dealership instead of towing it. Ended up having to tow it, and it was the cheapest tow bill I've ever seen. Highly recommended!

100% would recommend. Motto stands “ never leave a vehicle behind”. Stuck in deep snow with snow drift all around. Hard work and dedication got my vehicle back on the road in no time! No other service would help and they said “ absolutely “

I called early around 7:45am and they picked up and put us on the list but services didn't start until 8am. No problem since they are located less than 5 miles from my location. 10:30am rolls around and still no one has arrived. I called multiple times asking where the guy is, and she admitted he just left his house and for some reason tried to justify it. She asked us to wait longer but I asked to cancel their service. A massive waste of time. I called another company who was much cheaper and came within 15 minutes of my first call.

I couldn't be happier with their service. They are honestly the friendliest tow company I have ever dealt with. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and was great to work with. And the driver was very skilled, he had now issues backing up the flatbed in my driveway between my pickup and a telephone pole. Their price per mile is very fair, and their staff is fantastic. I will definitely be working with them next time I need a tow.
