I visited Berry's for a routine oil change, and during my inspection the technician's, John and Mark noticed my battery charge was low. A replacement was delivered quickly and installed within minutes. They also recommended a transmission fluid flush, which I knew was overdue (7 years ) and visibly dirty, so they replaced the fluid. Upon further inspection, they found that both my front and rear axle oil differentials were thick and dark, so I approved those services as well. I recently had work done at Berrys oil change and John and Mark were awesome to work with! Both were very quick, honest, professional and polite! Had knowledgeable future suggestions, changed oil and replaced wipers. They went above and beyond w/out me even asking…I will be back and I highly recommend!
