I have only ever had positive experiences here and my last visit here just goes to show that this company will go the extra mile for you and treat you like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better service rep, Brenda took care of my car for me and keep me updated in all the details of the process and made me feel so reassured, I got a full scan of my car to check for any concerns I may not have noticed myself and they sent me a video back showing me on MY car the issue areas and what they recommended. It made me certain that the work I was approving of was necessary and that I was in good hands , it also felt very educational which I loved!

Great people, great service! The service advisors (Brenda and Kayloni) always go above and beyond, and are a true pleasure to work with. The mechanics are informative and helpful as well. No one likes having to bring their car in for service, but having nice people handle it makes it a much better experience!

I can’t say enough about the service team! At Nissan Manchester. Brenda, Kayloni, Ken and Zeke were so accommodating. They took my car in (I’m from out of the state of CT) were able to help me get on my way. They were all so nice. If I lived in CT this is where I would have my car serviced!!

Returned today with my newly acquired car that had a horrible detail job and Carlos Rabassa went out of his way to make it right. Very professional and kind he was to me. I am giving five stars for him only. You need to make sure the people are properly trained in detailing. I did it as a business myself and the last thing you don’t want is a dissatisfied customer. Again , I thank Carlos for taking the time with me.
