We have used Bert’s for both of our vehicles and we’ve always been happy with them, but this morning I was very impressed with their pricing integrity. I accepted a quote for work, but when I picked up the vehicle the bill was left than half of what I anticipated because the job ended up being easier than they anticipated. I know many businesses would’ve simply charged the amount I agreed to anyway. They made my week, and I doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else.

These gentlemen are the best. They hire competent and morally upstanding people on purpose. They are fair, inexpensive, kind, and down to earth with customers. They don't screw you on the diagnostic, nor the work. They don't confuse you with technical terms or try to scare you with fake car emergencies like almost everybody else. They are who they are for a reason, good working people who do right by the customer and have earned their reputation by consistently honest and sincere work time and time again. Take your car to them before anyone else in the upstate. Anything else is a risk.

I had an electrical issue with my 2019 RAM truck, where all my gages were coming on and going off...and after that the truck wouldn't start and the key fobs wouldn't work either. It made no sense. Berts tested the electrical and found out the electronics hub module was completely fried from a leak from the cargo lamp. They put a new module in and fixed the leak. It is now as good as new!!! Everything works again. They were quick and precise. I would definitely recommend Berts for car repairs. Thx Berts!!!

We were looking to buy a vehicle in the Duncan area and needed to have it checked out. Bert's took a look at it, and laid out all the issues the vehicle had. We opted out of buying. Thanks to the staff at Bert's for steering us in the right direction.

I have a 2014 Silverado 1/2 ton with 22" tires and custom rims. These tires can be hard to balance unless you are very experienced and have the right equipment. Bert's does a really good job of getting your tires balanced the first time. If you haven't tried Bert's for your auto needs, I recommend you give them a try.
