I blew a tired on my way back to Texas from NJ and this place DID ME RIGHT. Turned out I needed 4 new tires to get back safely. They walked me through everything, made me trust them, and were okay with me and my two dogs sitting in their lobby while they worked on my car. Forever grateful they were the closest place to where I was because I couldn't have asked for better help or service in that moment of need!!

Ongoing nightmare with this place. Issue was with windshield wipers, trunk sensor and an oil change. Stayed up there for three hours while they took everything apart. First wrong part was ordered for a trunk sensor. I said no worries I’ll pick it up until correct one comes in. I went to pick up in the middle of a rain storm and no oil change or wipers changed. They quickly changed the wipers and guess what they flew off my car 1 minute down the road where I had to get out in traffic to retrieve. Correct part came in had to drop off again. They delivered back to me with the trunk completely a mess see pictures below. Damaged seals and side panels completely jacked. Stay AWAY!

I paid about $1200 for a belt-related repair. Less than a week later, my car failed again due to the same problem I originally took it there for..wouldn’t run, wouldn’t start. I called the shop and was told to “bring it back so we can take a look.” They said nothing about another diagnostic charge, which made me think they were going to recheck the repair that they literally just did. After paying out of pocket to tow the car back (about $100), I was charged another diagnostic fee and then given a new quote for the same belt system. No discount. No credit. No goodwill. Just pay again or take your car. I was told it was “unrelated” because a different component in the same system failed.. the pulley and tensioner. But that’s exactly the problem. Mark Brockman handled everything from finding a tow truck to getting the right repairs done and communicated with me through the whole process. I am very impressed and will use this shop for any up-coming service on my vehicles. Clean shop, very experienced mechanics that inspire confidence, it's like I've suddenly found new friends !
