People are friendly had a hard time to back in the dock as a rookie they load you up quick
Just the worst, at every contact over the last 2 years as my machine has broken, now 4 times, leaving me with a working eliptical for all of 5 months in that time. Wayne, Operator#1, is rude, condescending and unhelpful in the extreme. Imagin hearing this in his bor5ed, rude and condescen ding voice, over and over and over; "It is our policy not to extrend warranties, sir; it's in your contract," and this was just about the only thing he would say in response to any of my questions, including when I requested to escalate my ticket. A warranty is supposed to be protection against functional problems encountered while being able to use the thing. Any downtime encountered while I was unable to use the thing due to its being broken so much while any technician who was contacted refused to ac
