They are only free if you get the work done there but that’s just an excuse to keep your bike as long as possible and charge you insane labor for previously owned parts. Not an honest business.

I recently had my Seadoos serviced at Bert’s Dirt Works, and overall, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality service. I needed key programming for my Seadoos, and the team handled it quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable about the process and made sure everything was up to par. Unfortunately, one of the bins was flooded, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and made sure that it was cleaned up and functioning properly. Don’t come here, they don’t know what they’re doing. My bike took about 15-20 kicks to start and I didn’t feel like dealing with it, so I took it here to get a diagnostic. They claimed it was the carb and the intake boot. I ended up paying over $300 for pretty much a carb rebuild and a $12 intake boot that didn't fix the problem. They were able to start it after about 15 kicks (which is why I brought it here in the first place) then they pinned the limiter cold and said I just don’t know how to kick it over. It was a bad diagnosis as-well because my problem ended up just being valves needing adjustment.
