The vehicle I purchased from them is sitting unused, while I make payments on it and have to have insurance on it as well. I was only able to drive it a month of the 9.5 months I've had it. My next-door neighbors noticed and said they have bought 3 different vehicles from these guys and all 3 were bad.

Went to find a reliable car . And the staff were amazing . I found some nice cars that were nicely priced . I would recommend these guys for anyone's next car buying adventure . My sales rep was Joany very nice and very honest great qualities to have !

Small selection, and only one car under $10,000 - it was a Volvo for $4,995. Just not impressed. No prices on the vehicles, and very little information on the vehicle... about the vehicle, selling points.

1. Couldn't get my name right. I have a common basic name. Even on the paperwork I got back in the mail, the name was wrong. 2. Sales manager tried telling me my alignment would cost me "well over 1 thousand dollars" lol okay. Explain to me then how I got it done for 140 dollars. He also tried convincing me that "other major work would need to be done" Yet I have several different mechanic shops telling me the exact opposite. 3. I called before I came in to make sure they have a truck that fits my needs. What you know, I was assured there was something for me yet when I arrived all I got offered were trucks that don't fit what I'm looking for. If a business can't get your name right and constantly says something different, you can just get up and leave. I wish I would have done that.

Looking to buy my 5th car from them, not every vehicle dealership puts the price on thier cars. I've had no issues with them and I've been going to them for all my cars because all the other dealerships from here to spokane keep turning me down and wanting more than 3,000.00 down. Robert and his guys/gal have been good to me over the years. Be getting another car soon. Keep it up guys, there's atleast one bad apple in the bunch of reviewers but not me.
