We've been bringing our vehicles here for a long time, but have only had the pleasure of Jamie's customer service since she started around a year ago. As I sat and waited for our van to be serviced today, I couldn't help but observe Jamie go above and beyond for each and every customer who came into the shop. Additionally, she carries a certain genuineness and care for others that cannot be faked, at least not to the extent that she carries it. In all of my interactions with Jamie over the last year, she has impressed me with her sweetness, care, concern, communication, and overall genuine character. She carries the "soft skills" needed to help a business like this run in an industry where everyone has a problem and wants it fixed yesterday. Bless you for your care and kindness, Jamie!

Great, cost-effective, and trustworthy auto shop! The office is very well ran and everybody is friendly. They never make you feel dumb if you aren't well versed in auto-knowledge and won't take advantage of you. This is without a doubt the place to go.

I had made an appointment at another location needing an alignment and tire rotation to drive 30 minutes 20 minutes early for my appointment to be told they couldn't do it and denied me making an appointment. Great service! I needed three new tires and wanted to match them to the one brand new tire I had on the car. Taylor couldn't get the exact factory tires, but they were able to order the same brand and almost the same model. They had them in a couple of days and the install was quick. I've been driving on them a week and everything is great.
