Neal Tire & Auto Service

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced , took it to Neal’s and they treated me well! Got me in the same day I called. The (2 BRAND NEW) tires costed less than $300 including the fee for changing them. They also rotated the tires to the front for better traction, no cost. A great in town choice for those that are weighing their options. They did not upsell me.

Neal dropped me off at home live close by. They came back picked me up to get my truck. I was glad to get my truck serviced it really needed suspension and back breaks. Neal said I didn't need Struts which I was happy to hear and I didn't need back rotors just breaks. 2 repair shops said I needed them happy I didn't it was the sway bar that was loose I got a wheel alignment. I do appreciate their honesty. Although I wouldn't have mind getting new Struts since the truck is 15 years old and I don't have the last service record other than tune up done at 80,000 miles. New Struts up the road means another wheel alignment mechanic did mention it being a possibility 🤔 later. My honest reaction to the price is overpriced since I didn't get Struts. 🙃

I was from out a town with a flat tire and they were able to take care of me immediately. Really appreciate the tremendous service I received from everyone there. They had me on my way within an hour. I was so fortunate they were there.

The service I received was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure my car was kept clean. Bravo.
