Totaled my wife’s car the other day. Searched Car Guru’s with a 500 mile range. One of their vehicles popped up that I am interested in. Called this morning and have been speaking with Doug. He has gone out of his way to help make sure I didn’t travel all that way and end up with a bad vehicle. My wife is looking at some other vehicles, but we have not made a decision yet which she wants. I am impressed so far with Doug’s honesty and integrity. Purchase a SUV, when I drive it there wasn’t a check engine light on. Owners said they would fix the problem. They stated when I picked it up that everything was ready. Drove the car again and the same issue arise. Spoke to Curtis in he said bring it back up there. So, i carried the car back && the man stated that the problem was fix. I told them that it wasn’t in did they sell me a lemon. Pooooorrrrrr customer service.

Bought a 2009 Subaru outback from here, cash as is(or was).. sales personal where nice .. but 2 months in and the car already done for .. blown motor. live and learn

Where do I begin with this car. So within the first month all but one hubcaps had came off. I’ve had this car since January 2021. Paid cash and it shakes badly that I’m still shaking when I turn it off. Already had to have the spark plugs replaced and that still has not solved whatever problem is going on. It’s been 5 months and I have to put the car in park at lights so it won’t turn off. They were very nice people but for the money we paid and for it to be a 2013. I could have purchased a brand new one. Ain’t no telling how much the repairs will be. I’m very disappointed and to think my friends were coming down here to look at cars. I told them no don’t do it. I’m very very disappointed and I feel i was sold a $3000 lemon. As is don’t mean it breaks down in 3 months.

My brother coordinated with the owner of this dealership for 3 days to purchase a truck in cash. After driving over an hour to purchase the truck he was informed one of the owners family friends was interested and he couldn’t sell it to anyone but them after they already had an agreement. This family friend doesn’t even have the money and needs to take it from their retirement. But cash on the spot won’t buy the truck. I wouldn’t waste an ounce of my time with the good ol boy geriatric that refuses a cash purchase.
