I want to thank Jay at Better Priced Used Cars. I was looking for a vehicle that would be able to fit the needs of my family and work, along with my seasonal hobbies. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from him, he is very down to earth, he works very hard to make the customer happy, he is definitely not the usual type of car sales person to just sell a car to make a profit. LONG story short….we purchased a car a few years ago from “Better Priced” and 6 months later ….had a problem with it. À real problem. It’s been sitting ever since. They say you really don’t know how good or bad à company is until there’s a problem. My nephew is the nicest / shyest guy in the world and didn’t want to complain. When I found out about his plight, still laying on a car that doesn’t run, being older and stronger and wiser…I did my research. Couldn’t wait to complain. But…they had NO bad reviews. So I called and got the manager Jay on the first ring. Within an hour he has talked to my nephew and was on the road to fixing the problem. A problem that technically wasn’t even his because…he never knew. Used car lots and salesmen get a bad rap…sometimes justified…in this case NOT. I’
