Spent $39000 on a used trailer that was supposedly like new. Picked up trailer, was dirty inside and out. Looked like was power washed and thats it. Took it camping 3 days after picked it up. Opened door and all we smelled was shit! Black tank was 3/4 full, never emptied or flushed, A/C did'nt work. Called for service on sat and the rude lady at the counter flat out said NO, we cant help you today! Great service with that special attitude! But of course they were super great to deal with when they were trying to sell it! This place is a joke. Id return it tomorrow and go elsewhere if we could. We will be getting rid of it and purchasing another from a more reputable dealer. Live n learn. NEVER AGAIN WE WILL STEP FOOT NEAR THIS PLACE!

Came in first thing on Monday, heading out of town and needed a plumbing repair (major leak) in our Class C. Jeff jumped right on it, knocking it out in no time at all. Great comfortable service.

We were staying at Fort Whaley/ Sun Outdoors and I was looking to add a 4 port propane tee for our new Blackstone. East Coast Campers had the kit in stock, and I was really impressed with their selection of everything RV related. Friendly and helpful staff, easy in and out access. If you are staying in the area and need anything for your RV, I highly recommend their establishment.

This place has awesome customer service and they are open on Sunday which is a definite bonus! I called on a Sunday to get assistance with a camper AC issue and they walked me through trouble shooting right over the phone. The kind gentleman was wonderful! They are a bit farther away than another dealership for me but I will definitely use them for all of my rv needs in the future. Thanks again for your help East Coast Campers. You rock!
