I initially took my car in for a diagnostic (it was there all day, and they called me 10 minutes before closing to tell me to pick it up). They told me they couldn't do the diagnostic properly and that everything needed to be calibrated first. I took the car back for calibration at 9 am, and they told me it would take approximately 2 hours or a little longer. I called at 3:50 pm, and a woman answered, saying she didn't know anything and that they would call me back. 50 minutes passed, and they didn't call, so I called again. They told me someone was test driving it, and then immediately said they hadn't done anything yet. Since nothing made sense, I decided to go there in person before they closed. don’t try to do new business here even if you know exactly what you want your car to do. They will always charge you a Diag fee even over the phone quoted a Diag fee even though I bring up what I would do with my car if I bring it in try using az auto air or az auto masters they will not charge you a Diag fee if you want to do good work

I’m not sure how this place gets 5 star 🌟 reviews but my experience was so far from that. My car never leaked oil until I had it changed here. Then they told me where the leak was and how they could fix it. I took my car to another mechanic that told me where the leak was actually coming from. I had my struts replaced here then had to go somewhere else to be told that my struts mounts need replaced. Anyway, consumers beware
