Beyond Spotless

Awful experience!!! The owner Zane came out to clean my truck and it was the worst wash ever. The service they provide is a CAR WASH NOT DETAIL. For $270 he didn’t remove bug marks off the front and the interior was just awful. Wheels were still left dirty. Worst part is they tried to make it right by sending someone else a second time but gave the guy no information of what’s going on and showed up very late saying he would only have time to do interior OR exterior.

Honestly I could have done a better job myself. Zane was a nice guy but he seemed to be having not the best day today. When he arrived he was apologizing for being late bc of some issues with his personal car & his generator wasn’t working properly & had to leave & get some stuff to get it to work again. I advised him that I had cleaned out the vehicle & anything that was left was trash to be disposed of- he literally took all my trash & put it in the doors & center console! I literally took a bag of trash out right after he finished. While he was still here we advised him about the vents still being dusty & he seemed bothered that we mentioned an issue & begrudgingly cleaned it. I want to give a huge shout-out to Zain from Beyond Spotless Auto. He detailed both my car and my husband’s today, and they look brand new—like we just picked them up from the dealership. We both have dogs, so you already know how impossible it is to get rid of all the dog hair. Plus, Sami had thrown up in the car a few times. But Zain removed everything. No hair, no stains, no odor. The cars look and smell amazing. Zain did an incredible job, and I recommend Beyond Spotless Auto 100%.

Bookedinterior detail. 100$ for a vaccume. Not cleaning of the floor matt with any soap. Ask to wash inside of windows, he did not. Seats were not wiped or cleaned. No Armorol or any cleaning materials used. Simply a good vacuum job 100$. Do not recommend.

The gentleman from beyond spotless came out to my place and gave me a full detail. The work is impeccable. He really especially did a nice job on my rims. 100% satisfied. He did such a good job my neighbor came over and asked for the number. Will definitely be using them again in the future. On top of an excellent job He was professional and courteous as well!! Highly recommend!!
