BG Tire & Auto

Took my car in at 1 PM for tie rod replacement. Asked for an estimated price and was told, “I didn’t look.” No updates for five hours, then they closed and kept my car overnight without contacting me once. When I picked it up and said I wanted it trailered, they kept hounding me to just drive it, even after I explained why I didn’t want to. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly just entitled behavior. Would NOT recommend taking your car to people who can’t communicate, don’t listen, and don’t know what professionalism is.

450 miles into a 600 mile trip, we shredded a tire on our trailer. Fortunately for us, we pulled over on the exit where BG Tire and Auto was located. They took us in immediately and changed two tires (didn't notice the damage on it until we stopped) in under an hour and we were back on the road in no time! I highly recommend BG Tire & Auto!!

Would definitely not recommend bought a truck from fella and told him I didn’t want to pay over 2500 Brad said that shouldn’t be a problem he’d have to talk to his step dad first though that being said I had to get a loan for the truck which I went where Brad suggested his good friend comes time to sign the paperwork and guess what the truck is 3000 like I didn’t want to pay but I’m in a tight spot so I still go the paperwork and eat it truck Diane make it a week before it leaves me stranded take it back to bg tire to get the wheel hub replaced they said they could get to it Tuesday Tuesday rolls around no word I wait another 5 days till I bug them call get no answer so I leave a message no response call them the next day finally someone picks up the phone tells me my truck has been done w

Had an appointment scheduled today to inspect my truck. Couldn't of asked for better service. I walked across the street to shop for about 30 minutes and when I returned my truck was done and I was on my way. About as good as it gets. Employees were polite and friendly to top it off.

I'm from out of town, I went to BG Tires because I was concerned about the age of my tires. The are just shy of 3 years old. I am a widow and I depend on honesty from the companies I deal with. I found everyone in BG Tires to be friendly and very honest. The tires were fine but he said to have them checked again in about six months, because they may need to be replaced then. I'm in Bowling Green at least once a year. I will definitely recommend BG Tires to all my friends and family. Thank you BG Tires for being honest.
