We took out Audi Q5 to this location to change our oil. Something we have done 2 other times. (we have had the car less than a year) with no issues. However a couple of weeks ago this team hydrolocked my transmission by draining our transmission fluid and adding 11ish qts of oil on top of the old oil. After they “completed” the change they asked us to turn on the car. Our car immediately started shaking and the shop filled up with smoke. Thier boss told them they should have siphoned out the oil from the top because the transmission plug and oil plug looked similar if they drop it. They were then told to drain the old oil( which was not the right oil to begin with, they used standard instead of European oil) They failed to drain the oil a second time, and then added 5.5 qts of European o

Stopped in about 4 pm needing oil after being on the road for 8 hours already. Got the dreaded light and pointed myself to the nearest valvoline. Pulled in, and a rad looking dude asked " top off or full change" uhhhhh. He says "looks like you got another 2 thousand to go. You need a top up" He did the thing. Said hey you're good to go. "That's it?" Wow! Thanks Way cool looking dude and everyone at valvoline!

While they were conducting an oil change they showed me where I had moisture in my oil and told me what I can do to clean it out the next time I come back. They also noticed my brake fluid cap was missing and I was able to order another one right away. They did a great job, they were friendly, and I appreciated their attention to detail.
