Country View Nursing Facility

The moment I walked in, it's smelled clean! The staff was all over assisting the residents and they looked as comfortable as they could be! I felt like they try to make it feel like home, that makes a difference. Spoke to the director with no appointment, and he still gave me the time and tour with a great personality.

My grandfather has been a resident of the facility since 2019. Originally after placement we were overall happy. The facility is dated and staffing like most facilities, was a little crazy but the care was acceptable and the staff was pleasant. Soon there after, administration went under an abrupt change and so did staffing. The nursing turn over is ever changing and they were forced to use agency nurses for staffing and patient care was their last concern. They blamed Covid for everything. (I also work in healthcare, and understand the effects but refuses to allow patient care to be so drastically affected in a horrible manor.) I was forced to Hotline the facility for multiple issues. Stayed there 3 weeks for some rehab. I felt most of time I was treated as a child. And my medical concerns were not addressed . If your going there for short time don't expect them to be too concerned about your health ..

Very loving and caring staff always put the residents first and do there best to meet the residents needs

This facility sucks.
