First time customer. Bought a Chevy Impala from there online auction back in October and I'm very satisfied with their customer service and how much they do to take care of you. The car was super clean and exactly as they had reported in the initial condition report. There cars are all sold "as is" but they do a very thorough job at making sure they don't sell anything not road worthy and for their prices, you can't beat it. Will do business again. Great company and for anyone reading this that is hesitant, bring a mechanic! They encourage it! They don't pressure you into sales either. Good cars basically sell themselves. Great place! Disclaimer: I'm giving my opinion based on the communication between the buyers and the sellers. 1. If you're buying a used car it is your responsibility to get the car inspected to make sure you're making the right decision when giving them your money in exchange for a USED CAR. With that being said I am not sure how they can be blamed for the decision you made and your process on how you go about buying a used car. The consumer has to take some ownership of the decision that they made to buy a used car. 2. Just like you see on the reviews, do not buy a vehicle from here. I will be contacting a lawyer. They leave the batteries off on the vehicles until it’s time to test drive and sell. Any mechanic knows this would hide issues. Another person came in to buy a vehicle and they had to jump it as well. This is how they do business. Please avoid buying a vehicle here at all costs as you will be robbed. Was told vehicle had tuneup still had original mopar ignition coils, timing mark , none of which was visible due to a plastic cover with bolts, they sold car for top dollar price just because of car fax provided. I reassure you people are telling the truth and they will gladly take your money and are deep down dishonest and not caring about customers.

I would have given zero stars but that is not an option. Will not do business with them. I went to the website after test driving a vehicle. The website led me to an auction page with all of their vehicles listed, some in auction format and others listed as “Buy It Now”. I clicked the Buy It Now button Tuesday morning to make my commitment to purchase. I received a phone call from them and during our conversation was told they would have the vehicle ready when I came to get it on Wednesday. When I arrived to get the vehicle, and complete the paperwork, they were in the process of selling the vehicle to someone else. Bought a 01 saturn for a work car about a year ago. Still driving and running great. They were nice and efficient, I had a clear title in my hands in just a few weeks. I would buy from again.
