I was stranded on Interstate 80 during rush hour and they got to me within 20 minutes. They gave me a ride and towed my car to the garage. It’s nice to have someone to trust when you are already stressed. Price was reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about Keegan from Riggs Towing. After making the mistake of driving my Tesla down a level B road, he showed up first thing the next morning. From the start, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and beyond helpful. You could tell right away that he’s not just excellent at his job, but also a genuinely good human being. His professionalism, honesty, and calm attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The pricing was extremely fair, and the service was superb from start to finish. I would recommend Keegan and Riggs Towing to absolutely anyone who finds themselves in need of towing or recovery services. The nicest folks you’ll ever hate to call! The service was very quick and most professional. The dispatcher, Mel was polite and friendly. I was grateful to Al for his safe and efficient handling of my tow services. Pay cash if you can and save on a service charge for using a card. Nobody likes calling a tow but when the time comes you’ll be happy to call Big 10 first.

The girls in the office extremely helpful to me at a time that was a challenge for myself. They pushed to get things handled quickly as possible and also respected the situation by having a police officer on site. Will always be grateful for the support, and kindness they shared.

Riggs Towing Service. Very customer driven! My needs were not immediate they responded in good time. My needs were for a flatbed. Driver was courteous and shared his name. He asked a few questions and explained/demonstrated what was to take place. He was an experience, skilled and safe bed operator. Very likeable and easy to work with. Prices were very fair. I would highly recommend Riggs for flatbed towing. Ask for Allen M. He will do the job correctly.
