Big Al’s Auto Repair

My review is based on tonight’s experience. I was coming from my job, located two streets away. At some point, I drove over a metal piece stuck to a thick piece of plastic, which went straight into my tire. Fortunately, I was directly facing Al’s, so I drove into the parking lot. They had just turned off the open sign as it was already 5 PM. I was so lucky that they decided to take a look at my tire, which I assumed had gone flat immediately. They put my car on the lift and were able to save the tire with a plug. I can’t thank them enough! They could’ve easily just told me to call AAA, but they took time after hours to help me. Five star service!

Big Al’s Auto Repair is seriously the best. The service was great, super honest, and really easy to deal with. Eric and Mike are hands down the most trustworthy guys you could have working on your car, they actually care and it shows. I finally found a shop I can stick with, and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, reliable garage.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scratched my car, tried to buff it out (you can see the streaks), and lied about it. Also said there’s no access to the cameras. Complete and scammers. Please don’t bring your car here by any means. It was only here for an inspection sticker and oil change.

Been taking my family's to Big Al's for years. Safety is a priority with alm my cars. They keep my family safe with reasonable repairs and sound advice.

dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection, when i came back they had stole the cash i had lying around as well as a gift card. when confronted they denied it happening. would not recommend
