Big Boy's Hand Car Wash & Detail

Initially I was pleasantly pleased looking at my car in the dark, 7:20 pm. The outside looked really clean. I knew my car was quite dirty. Wait time was excessive. 6 HOURS!!! One Worker mentioned he thought I was gone off the property,. Is this why my car was set aside until night time? I waited from 2:30 until finally leaving at 8:30pm. After paying $110 , I was never informed my battery was dead. I and it would not start, the battery was completely dead. After asking They were nice enough to jump it. No apologies nothing. I got in to start my vehicle, Thats when I noticed My rear view mirror was dangling and no one said anything. Normally I get excellent service and customer service until this woman shows up . She charged me more than usual and then charged me a fee for using my debit card. I'm here every week with my truck and my wife's car. Don't think I'll be back. Thank you to all the worker except for this woman. She's the absolute worst.

Very " hands on" personal attention to your car. You won't be disappointed. Very reasonable, to be a hand car wash. Great job!!!!!

I brought my car to this location a little over a week ago. After agreeing to a price which included shampooing of the seats, the manager told me mid service he changed his mind and was going to only do the basic service package. I expressed my concern about how this was bad business practice to change the service midway. After the conversation lingered for a few minutes, he decided to proceed forward after pressing my displeasure of service. When I left the car dealership after service, I immediately noticed my car was driving funny and making a beeping noise. I immediately brought the car back to the dealership to let another worker look at the vehicle. Water was splashed all over the passenger side door/speaker. The worker was apologetic and proceeded to wipe up the mess. The

I had high expectations for this place even though it was my first and unfortunately last visit. I stopped by on a whim because it was the closest carwash to me where I was currently located. They weren’t busy and even though they were pricier than where I normally go I went ahead and gave them a try and even left a decent tip before my truck was even finished. I have a wrap on my tuck and whatever they were using on other cars left finger prints on my matte wrap because of the oil in The product possibly from tire shine or leather care. I also had to ask three times for my interior to be recleaned as they had half vacuumed they didn’t remove my floor mats and wash them and there were crumbs and lent still in the door handles dash and cup holders which flabbergasted me because that’s the d
