Flat tire on a Sunday, great. I go there because it’s open. They don’t have my tire (low profile) so I tell them that I have my 4 old tires I can bring if it’s easier. They tell me to come back Monday. Next day I’m here at 8:30 with my original tires. The manager tells me it will take 1 hour 30 minutes max. I walk around and wait but when I come back it seems like there are more problems. First we are missing a spacer, then there is no sensors, then the lug nuts are not the right ones. Everybody kept telling me “it will be ready soon”. It’s now 11:30am (3h later). I have to say “be real with me because I’m missing work right now. I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire in Woodland Hills and will definitely be returning for future service needs. I called customer call center spoke with Kyle & he took his time to work out best tire options for me & relayed to local shop in Canoga Park & Abhi was very helpful as well. Honest peeps Top notch all the way from start to finish! I hesitated at first but I’m SO GLAD I’m in the know now how great service can be. Amazing experience!

I stopped by Big Brand tires in Canoga Park last week because one of my tires was registering that it was low on air. I thought I may have a nail in the tire. The manager there (Kyle) was very helpful and checked the tire for me. Sure enough there was a nail in it. He had one of the guys take care of it and I was out of there within a half hour! The best part I found out is that they don't charge for flat tires! Made my day! I will definitely be going back when I need new tires!

We love Big Brand Tire & Services for all our tires and auto maintenance & repair needs. The Staff is AMAZING and they work quickly to get your vehicle back in tip top shape. The prices are super reasonable as well. I can't recommend them enough!
