Excellent service and all I needed was a tire rotation. Did it for free and checked tire pressure, brake pad wear and torqued all nuts to factory specs. Then even applied tire coating to the tires to make them look like new. Thank you for the excellent service!

Steve N. to the rescue! Purchased tires with the maintenance warranty a while back. Went to the shop for flat repair.  Initially was informed that the warranty would not be honored due to tread wear and that a new tire was needed. After being provided this information and looking at the tire, went back into the shop and asked for further assistance as the tread appeared in fair condition. Steve N. used a tread depth gauge tool around several areas of the tire and advised that the warranty would be honored.  Steve ordered the tire and set up an appointment for the very next day for installation. The lot is spacious and easy to access, and the team was impressively careful—honking and guiding each other when backing up. They did a free alignment check—honestly advising me to wait until other repairs are done. Armando explained everything clearly and added notes for my mechanic.
