The Customer Service is one of a kind!!! I've been using California Tire and have always been pleased. I stopped by (on a Sat) with a minor concern. Carlos was in the parking lot, asked if I needed help. I explained what I needed; he said I'll take care of it for you now and he did!!! Thank you Carlos😊

I called several car tire companies in Thousand Oaks looking for a legitimate Black Friday sale for four Continental tires size 18. The best deal came from California Tires (now Star Automotive). After forty years of living in Thousand Oaks, they have never let me down when quoting me a price over the phone. In fact, over the years, if I had a flat tire or any issues with a tire, the owner always had one of his workers repair it without a charge. The waiting room was very inviting, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was available along with a coffee machine with Keurig coffee pods and water. The work was completed in a timely manner and very well done. I am appreciative of the thoroughness and professionalism of California Tires.
