Big Brand Tire & Service

I haven't been in a while since it was sun valley, but they were very friendly. I think it was Gabe that helped , thats what the paper said at least. He was very friendly and helpful, I appreciate him. I dont know if its under new management now or what but I like it more then before. Also when it was Sunvalley there were times where I wouldnt get my car back until the next day but these guys had my oil changed within 2hours. Would definitely recommend 👌

Big Brand Auto service was wonderful!!! my car had so many heavy things wrong with it, like a broken oil casting. YES, who knew? This place did!! Gabe updated me!! helped me get financed, and had his crew fix my car!!! You guys are 👍👌👍great!!! My Dodge is up and running feels new again!!! One more thing Everyone was nice and polite and understanding. I most definitely recommend Big Brand in Prescott Valley!!!!

Gabe the manager is awesome. He clearly explained the service quote in detail and was extremely courteous. Everything was handled in a very timely manner with zero fuss or stress. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Isabelle, Gabe, and their team did a great Job on helping find the right tires, an alignment, and an oil change. It was a fair price and essentially a pain free experience.
