I brought my car in because I noticed a chugging noise coming from the front right wheel well. I took it in and within a day they got it diagnosed and started working on it. Replaced all four tires, pads and rotors. Everything was perfect until I noticed a shaking on the drive home. I brought it back and they got it re-balanced immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t gouge for parts/labor. I’d recommend them to anyone for any issue!

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for great service and reasonable prices. My van is running like new. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

I’ve gone to BCA three times now for car repairs on my old jeep. They are so kind and so helpful. I’m a Bradley student and their location is perfect, but the service keeps me coming back. I know if anything goes wrong, I can go there and not have to worry about my car. They are extremely knowledgeable. They are kind and helpful and truly want to help you and your car. The service is unbelievably fast but I never have to worry if it’s not up to par. They have helped me three times now in time crunches with no stress on me. Thank you big city automotive and Allan for all you do for the Bradley community. I will miss your wonderful service when I graduate in may! I can’t recommend this place enough.

This place is AMAZING!!!!. They do quality work at an affordable price. They had my vehicle running like brand new in just one day, at a fraction of the cost other places wanted to charge me.
