I was pleasantly surprised at the follow up. When I initially called to get information on fixing my windshield, the call center rep was very helpful and ended up calling me back to schedule the repair. When I got to the shop the staff was extremely nice, funny, and professional. My repair was scheduled with a 3 hour window but was completed in about an hour :).
