Including a weblink to follow production, also several texts to make sure that we were getting everything that we wanted. I purchased a new truck in August. Shortly after I contacted O’Connor detailing about a ceramic coating. He explained the options very thoroughly and guaranteed his work. It was hands down the best decision I’ve made since owning the truck. Makes washing a breeze. You don’t even need to touch the truck just spray it off and wipe it dry! Griffin and his team pay attention to detail, are very professional and responsible. His communication doesn’t fall short either. He contacted me last week about a hand wash before winter hits hard to ensure that the coating is working to its full potential. He made it so convenient to have the service done as well. Griffin came out to train with us and invested in himself which is an amazing character trait for an owner. I can factually say he has better control of the machines than many people that I have trained. He is a skilled detailer and it was a pleasure working with him! Highly recommend. He performed a 2 step paint correction on this car and the paint is looking mint again!
