Great service and great atmosphere all the time. Ronnie has an amazing customer service. Makes the experience of being there A+ everyone is friendly and no pressure to buy at all. This is how the industry should be. You feel at home between friends.

Im not one to write reviews but completey upset with service and quality at BCM. They have a new crew running the front desk and shop. Had to bring my machine back several times to fix a simple throttle cable issue. Machine had electrical issue and no replacement oem parts available so they refused to add alternative parts to fix it. Tried to charge me $150 diagnostic fee for 10min of work. They agreed to only charge me $75 since I asked. I will not be back and if you have a older model machine look for a different shop. Ive always supported local small business but not ripoff shops.

Great service. They changed a couple of motorcycle tires and got it done in a timely manner with good customer service.

Ordered a 2022 Beta 500 back in May. The bike arrived in the time frame that I was told and Ronnie kept me informed throughout the entire process. They’re a pleasure to deal with and I’m sure I’ll be back soon to add some more to the stable!

The owner and staff are really helpful and would recommend for people looking for moto and atv's.
