This was the worst auto repair rip off experience I've ever had. Kieran failed to repair our family vehicle after THREE (3) attempts! Our vehicle was in and out of the shop for an entire year, the last time, the check engine light came on as I was driving off his lot, and he told me "just keep driving it, and see what happened". We ended up stranded out of state, dead on the middle of the roaf with a full vehicle. The failre was Big E's fault. The towing, repairs, truck rental, plane flights and missed work caused me to loose my job and almost bankrupted me. I had to sell the truck to a mechanic out of state jat a $10k loss ust to pay off the remaining oan on the truck Big E failed to fix. I notified Kieran about the situation and were completely ignored. File a complain with the Bureau of

I recently had my 2012 Corolla serviced here for some issues due to normal wear and tear including replacing 2 front axels, transmission service, engine mount replacement, etc. I felt they gave me a good deal, explained things well to me and did a great job. Very friendly too. I recommend this place. Happy with my car’s performance after about a week of driving.

Kevin, Walter and the team at Big E Automotive are absolutely terrific. They care about doing a good job. They've worked on my car several times and they've done a great job every time. They're trustworthy and I recommend them without hesitation. I'll definitely bring my car back to them in the future.

I have been using the service from Big E Automotive Repair for all my cars over 5 years, they are always so helpful and friendly, they never advice me to do extra works on my cars unless it is absolutely necessary for safety sake. They always try their best to help me save money and time on all the repairs. I highly recommend their services, they are honest, professional and their prices are very reasonable.
