Big Horn Tire

I called and set an appointment the day before. Upon arrival I was told they would be charging more although I had explained the truck was lifted beforehand. The cashier was quite rude throughout the entire process, even though I was polite and didn't mention anything wrong. Upon completing the alignment the service technician had a huge list of things I need to get fixed right away. Maybe he didn't notice all the shiny new parts I had just installed or maybe they just wanted to scam me for some easy money. Funny part is I am a mechanic with 25 years of experience and everything was within demand tolerance except the pitman arm. There was no mention of this. Its hard to find a honest place to get work done. In the end, my truck was aligned, but I would not suggest going there.

I Delivered oversized Mining tires to them, they were friendly and respectful of my time. I would imagine that they would be the same when buying from them as well.

I wanted the same tires I originally had but they recommend an all purpose tire that is better for our area and much cheap than the ones I asked for. I appreciate not being sold an expensive tire I didn't needed. Even though they had to order the tires, I had my new tires on 2 days later. Saving me time and money. Respectful, well organized, and efficient.

We needed a leaky tire repaired while passing through on a family road trip. They took our car back immediately and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable waiting room with toys that kept our four kids occupied. Very happy with their service.

Stopped by on Friday to see if they would order tires for my truck, I wanted something a bit different. Norm was extremely professional and provided a reasonable quote. Tires arrived Monday, but I was too busy, so installed Tuesday. I am very happy with the whole experience. I strongly recommend Big Horn Tire in Gillette WY.
