10stars the found me on the side of interstate 77 north and stop to help, my radiator was blown. They refilled it and I followed them to their shop. 8 am they were on it getting it fixed, had me up and going before noon thanks guys

He is so nice and kind, and jumped on it fast to get my busted tire fixed and a new one put back on the wheel at the location. ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Unfair I had a terrible experience with this towing company. After my truck broke down, I called them strictly for towing and asked that the vehicle be taken to a specific repair shop. Once it was delivered, they immediately tried to push their own repair services, claiming they could do the job cheaper. We asked for an estimate only to compare prices. Their service was extremely poor, and the situation felt intentionally dragged out. After we waited for them to provide the estimate, they claimed that they had waited an extra hour for us and charged an additional $350. This charge is completely unfair. If they had not insisted on offering their own services, they could have left immediately. Instead, we were penalized simply for waiting on their esti

I got my truck's radiator replaced from here and it started leaking again even though it has a warranty of one year, they repaired it and gave it back but did not replace it. Now I am asking for some documents from them to get my money back for the radiator from their warranty company but they are not giving these. I will never refuse you to come here, this is all fraud.

Terrible experience with Big Iron Towing. The prices are extremely high and feel predatory. They do not explain the costs clearly and charge excessive fees once your truck is already in their control. Customer service was rude and unhelpful when questioned about the charges. This company takes advantage of truck drivers in stressful situations. I would strongly recommend avoiding them if you have any other option.
