I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and the service was quick, smooth, and professional from start to finish. What I appreciated most was their honesty and knowledge. They confirmed my tires are still in good shape and only recommended that I plan to replace my rear brakes before my next rotation. No pressure, no upselling just straightforward, helpful information. They were also incredibly kind in allowing me to bring my two dogs inside while I waited, which I truly appreciated (especially in the cold). That level of customer care does not go unnoticed. Big O helped me out a ton. Recently had my front end rebuilt and needed an alignment. My first appointment was with a competitor and they found a loose part and instead of tightening it, tried to force me into buying a new part and got very arrogant with me instead. I went to Big O the next day and they got me in and fixed everything without a hassle and treated me so much better than their competitor ever has. I appreciate it so much!

I had such a great experience with Big O Tires! I’d been trying to order the tires I needed from a few other places with no luck, but Big O made the whole process so easy. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, and their communication was incredible, they kept me updated every step of the way and always called to make sure I knew what was going on. When it came time for installation, they were fast, efficient, and so friendly. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Quick service! The only issue was they said my car was parked by Wally’s and Phase 4 when in fact it was not and I wandered the parking lot for 15 minutes! No worries though! This location has always been great for me!

I had a host of issues that I needed fixed and diagnosed. The staff at Big O Tires were so helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and there were a lot. They helped me to understand why the issues I was having were happening. They even did some of the services for a discounted rate. I have been using Big O Tires for nearly 30 years.
